Description:Continuous cheese shrink-wrapping system in which the product is sprayed with water heated by steam. The system includes a conveyor throughout the length of the tunnel and a circuit of sprinklers which apply hot water to the entire surface of the bags. Provides a perfect finish in the presentation of vacuum packed foods in heat-shrunk bags: facilitates the adaptation of the product to the bag and prevents the twisting and wrinkling which are characteristic of packaging operations.
